Message From Grandmother Spider

I am Spider Woman, the spinner of webs.

I come to share a thread of knowledge that leads you through the
second phase of Butterfly Transformation, the caterpillar phase,
when you are hungry for knowledge, hungry for change, sometimes
ravenous, but you are Earthbound.

I spin a web of my own Creation as you do, within a matrix of all
that is. Find a place to connect, a tree or fence, a lamp post or
a blade of grass, it doesn't matter. Start where you are, as it has
been said, and let the thread of life force within you connect, then
drop and hang in space - feel yourself supported - alone yet connected
and learn the lesson that alone really is all-one. Then choose a place
and spin your pattern. I spin a spiral around intersecting rays forming
the patterns of language and thought that will feed me, then I wait
patiently in the Center.

In circles I walk, carefully connecting each spoke in the wheel of
life again and again. So it is in this time of transformation - we
all must circle the spiral over and over until we come to the center,
then wait patiently, awake and ready, receptive and open, allowing
what is ours to come. And it will come of it's own accord.

Of course there are days when the wind blows hard and shakes your
creation, or another walks through and destroys this web, this sacred
space. No matter. Watch me and learn as I simply start over again
wherever I am. Reconnect and rebuild your creation.

The thread I use is strong yet light and nearly invisible. Your
thread of connection is life force. It is a power within each one
that is freely given by our Creator. It cannot be truly described
or explained. It is the flow of words in a story, the feeling that
uplifts you when you choose to do what you love. It is the power
of thought that flows beneath these words.

First, breathe the whale breath deeply from the top of your head to
the base of your spine. Then watch the never ending flow of thoughts
and see what comes. See without judgment or expectation and Feel
your connection. Then choose.

Choose the words that feed your hungry soul. Come back here again
and again whenever You Choose. There are many choices you can make,
many truths you can say, affirmations you can state. You may read a
book or write your own.
